The Sensory Friendly Tour is only available on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and starts at 9am and finishes at 10am.

We’re pleased to introduce our Sensory Friendly Hour, held at 9am every Wednesday and Saturday, designed to provide a calm, welcoming and safe environment for guests who may benefit from low sensory stimulation.

During this dedicated hour, we offer a range of thoughtful adjustments, including:

  • Low lighting to create a softer visual environment
  • Minimal background noise
  • A self-guided experience for one hour, allowing guests to explore at their own pace
  • An expert tour guide available to answer questions and provide support
  • 3D tactile aids and interactive resources to encourage hands-on, immersive learning
  • Tours capped at a maximum 10 people
  • Suitable for all ages

Our aim is to ensure every guest feels comfortable, supported, and able to delight in the unique marine environment we offer.

We welcome individuals, families, carers, and support groups to take part in this experience.
